At Mad About Pets, we offer a Subscribe & Save option for many of our popular dog & cat foods. By using our Subscribe & Save service, not only will you be sure to never to run out of your pet's favourite food, you will also save money 



Subscribe & Save FAQ

How Do I Subscribe?
If the product you want is eligible for Subscribe & Save, this will be clearly shown on the product page. Simply select your product, and then select the frequency (2 weeks, 1 month etc) and complete your order as usual.

How Do I Make Payment?
Once you subscribe we will charge your credit/debit card in line with your selected frequency.

What Happens if Price of Product Changes?
In this uncertain climate, prices are liable to change. Sometimes up, and sometimes down, We will do our very best to keep our prices competitive & fair. If for example a particular product is on offer at the time of of your subscription, you will automatically benefit from the particular offer. However it is also possible that product and / or shipping costs can increase. We advise you to check the pricing on our website from time to time. You can edit or change your subscription at any time. 

What Happens if my Payment Has Been Declined?
Our payment provider will try for payment 3 times over the next 7 day period. If payment is still not successful, your subscription will be cancelled. You can then always setup a new subscription service with a new payment method. 

Order Shipping?
All orders will be shipped same day or next  24 hours of payment being received. If your order date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, then your parcel will be dispatched on the following working day.

Can I Track My Orders?
For all orders going out with DPD, our main courier, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been packed.

Pausing or Cancelling Subscription?
You can pause, cancel, edit or reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account.

Change of Address?
If you move, you can easily change your billing and / or your shipping address by logging into your account.

Can I Change my Payment Method?
Yes, you can also do this by logging into your account.
